What ThreeOne is, and is not

ThreeOne gives tempo feedback for golf practice: tones to swing to and a measurement of your own backswing-to-downswing ratio. It is a practice aid, not a coach and not a medical service. Measurements from a video or from a wrist sensor are estimates. Practice within your own physical limits, and stop if anything hurts.

Subscriptions and purchases

The whole standard tempo ladder is free. ThreeOne Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly, which may include a free trial where the storefront offers one, or weekly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.

Acceptable use

Measure your own swing, or someone else's only with their clear permission. Use the app somewhere a golf swing is safe.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its sounds and its content are owned by the developer and licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard licence terms (Apple Standard EULA).

Warranty and liability

ThreeOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
